Media Magic provided the key set Production Assistant to work alongside the Directors and First Assistant Director to effectively run a crew of 50+ personnel on a large motion picture set.  Responsibilities were to liaise between multiple film departments to ensure each member arrived on set at the appropriate time to execute their jobs.  While on set, the key set Production Assistant would direct other Production Assistants to their appropriate tasks such as locking down set when the First Assistant Director would call roll. We helped the First Assistant Director set over 80 to 100 background actors over the period of the entire shoot, fully assuming this responsibility any time the first Assistant Director left the set. This required communicating effectively to the entire crew, including Samara Weaving, recently seen in the Best Picture Oscar-nominated film, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.
